- The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests. They will manage check?ins/outs, handle reservations, provide information and ensure memorable experiences.
Answer phone calls and emails, provide information on hotel services, local attractions and transport, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments. -
Billing & cash handling:
Prepare bills, process payments, handle cash and maintain accurate records. -
Record keeping:
Update the property management system with guest information, reservations and special requests. -
Problem resolution:
Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating to the supervisor as needed.
Qualifications & requirements
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory for freshers). -
Freshers may apply
; prior experience in front office or customer service is an advantage. - Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Ezee Absolute is a plus. - Familiarity with hotel reservation software and MS Office. - Ability to work shifts (morning/evening/night) and handle high guest volumes. - Strong interpersonal skills and customer?service orientation.
