Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and presentable Front Desk Executive with excellent communication and coordination skills to manage the front desk operations at our Head Office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administrative functions and must be capable of handling EPABX systems effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls using the EPABX system
Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Coordinate with various departments for administrative support
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff as needed
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role
Hands-on experience with EPABX system operations
Fluent in English and Marathi (spoken and written)
Presentable personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of office equipment and MS Office tools
Preferably a graduate from any discipline
