We are hiring for Front Office Executive at multispeciality hospital located at Pune. Candidate Should be Fluent In English is required.Experience : 1+ years relevant experience is required with 80+ beded multispeciality hospital.Qualification : Any Graduate/ Diploma in Hospitality, Aviation industry can apply.Roles & Responsibilities : Manage the day to day Patient Appointment System Efficiently handle queries to ensure accurate & courteous communication, providing all required information. Provide an effective communication link between patient and medical staff. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Ensure service is proactive & responsive whether in person, on the telephone or via mail. Confident with a pleasing personality. Answer incoming calls from customers Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues Maintain and update customer and referral information.Salary : Rs. 15,000/- to Rs.20,000/-.Candidate should be Flexible with rotational shifts-Morning/ Evening/ Night.
