Administrative oversight:
Oversee or perform administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining organized filing systems, and managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Operational management:
Ensure the reception area is tidy, manage office supplies, and maintain the organization of necessary stationery and materials.
Communication and coordination:
Manage phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Financial and record-keeping:
Assist with or oversee tasks like bookkeeping, issuing invoices, and maintaining records of office expenses.
