Job Description

Check-in and check-out:

Efficiently register guests, issue room keys, and process payments upon departure.

Reservations:

Make, confirm, and manage room bookings, including handling changes and inquiries.

Guest inquiries and requests:

Serve as the main point of contact for all guest questions, requests, and concerns, providing information on hotel amenities and local attractions.

Communication:

Answer phone calls and relay messages to guests and other departments.

Problem resolution:

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction, escalating to management when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
