Key Responsibilities

2. Check-in/Check-out: Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy and speed.
3. Room Allocation: Allocate rooms according to guest preferences and availability.
4. Payment Handling: Handle guest payments, process transactions, and manage billing.
5. Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
6. Problem-solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
1. Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
2. Experience: Prior experience in front office operations or customer service.
