Job Opening: Front Office Executive cum HR



Experience: 1 year to 5 years

Qualification:

Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

Key Responsibilities:



Manage front office operations, including calls, visitors, and correspondence. Maintain attendance records and assist in HR documentation. Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and induction processes. Handle employee queries and maintain HR files & databases. Support administrative tasks, event coordination, and office supplies management. Ensure professional communication and hospitality at the front desk.

Skills Required:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation. Pleasing personality and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
