Job Description

Responsibilities

Guest and Visitor Management:

Greet and welcome visitors and clients, answer their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.

Communication Hub:

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, as well as respond to emails and other correspondence.

Administrative Support:

Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Mail and Deliveries:

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as manage outgoing mail.

Reception Area Maintenance:

Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-organized.

Scheduling:

Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements when necessary.

Security:

Maintain front office security by following established procedures and controlling access to the office.

A polite, friendly, and professional attitude when interacting with clients and visitors.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills:

Strong ability to organize tasks and maintain an organized workspace.
