The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for casino guests and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and supporting the smooth operation of front desk activities. This role requires excellent communication, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival at the casino.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about casino facilities, promotions, events, and policies.
Manage guest reservations, including walk-ins and VIP guests.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, security, F&B) to meet guest needs and resolve issues.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Maintain front desk cleanliness and presentability.
Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with casino rules and regulations.
Address guest complaints calmly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
Assist in promoting loyalty programs, special events, and casino promotions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Prior experience in hospitality, front office, or customer service (experience in a casino setting is an advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using computer systems, reservation software, and MS Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Preferred Skills:
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Knowledge of casino operations and basic gaming regulations.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor.
