Patient Reception & Assistance
Greet patients and visitors courteously and professionally.
Guide patients regarding OPD timings, doctor availability, and departments.
Ensure smooth patient flow at the reception area.
2. Appointment & Registration Management
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Register new patients and update existing patient records accurately.
Verify patient details, ID proof, and contact information.
3. Billing & Cash Handling
Generate OPD bills, consultation charges, and service invoices.
Collect payments (cash, card, UPI) and issue receipts.
Maintain daily cash reports and hand over to accounts as per protocol.
4. Medical Records & Documentation
Create and maintain patient files (manual or HIS software).
Ensure confidentiality of patient data as per hospital policy.
Coordinate with medical records department when required.
5. Coordination with Clinical Teams
Communicate patient arrival and appointment status to doctors and nurses.
Assist in coordinating diagnostic tests, admissions, and referrals.
Support smooth communication between departments.
6. Patient & Attendant Communication
Address patient queries and concerns politely.
Handle basic complaints and escalate to supervisors when needed.
Provide information about hospital services, packages, and procedures.
7. Insurance & TPA Coordination (if applicable)
Assist patients with insurance formalities and documentation.
Coordinate with insurance desk or TPA for approvals and queries.
Collect and verify required insurance documents.
8. Administrative Support
Maintain OPD registers, appointment logs, and daily reports.
Ensure reception area cleanliness and availability of forms/stationery.
Support HR/admin with attendance logs or visitor registers if required.
9. Compliance & SOP Adherence
Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and patient safety protocols.
Maintain professional behavior, dress code, and punctuality.
Ensure data accuracy and avoid billing or registration errors.
10. Emergency & Priority Handling
Assist in emergency situations by informing concerned departments promptly.
Prioritize senior citizens, pregnant women, and emergency cases.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
