Who Can Apply?

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service. Those who've completed internships or training in hotels/resorts (preferred but not mandatory). Anyone with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for guest service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or any related field (preferred, not mandatory). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.). A friendly, confident personality and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

What You'll Do

Greet and welcome guests with a smile -- you'll be the first impression of our hotel! Help guests with check-in/check-out procedures and verify necessary details. Answer booking inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms. Maintain accurate reservation records and assist with changes or cancellations. Assist guests with general queries and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for. Promote hotel services and amenities -- help guests make the most of their stay! Support housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms meet quality standards. Handle basic billing and payment procedures (training will be provided). Learn and support daily front office operations to provide a smooth guest experience.
