Roles and Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Assist with
guest check-in and check-out
processes, including verification of guest information and required documentation.
Respond to
booking inquiries
and handle reservations via phone, email, walk-ins, and online booking platforms.
Accurately manage, update, and maintain reservation records, including confirmations, cancellations, and amendments.
Collect valid identification and support the
payment process
during guest check-in.
Promptly respond to general guest inquiries, concerns, and requests; escalate more complex issues to senior team members as needed.
Highlight and promote property services and amenities, and support
upselling
when appropriate.
Ensure accurate recording of
financial transactions
and follow proper billing protocols.
Coordinate with the
housekeeping
and
maintenance
teams to guarantee that guest rooms are clean, well-prepared, and meet quality standards.
Assist in the smooth operation of all
front office functions
, contributing to a seamless and satisfying guest experience.
