Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Up to 1 year of experience in a front office or customer-facing role in the hospitality industry (internships or training experience also considered).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, ensuring a great first impression.
Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying guest details and documentation.
Handle booking inquiries and reservations through phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Manage and update reservation records, including confirmations, cancellations, and modifications.
Collect valid ID proofs and assist with payment processes during check-in.
Address basic guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and escalate complex issues to senior staff when needed.
Promote property offerings and assist in upselling services to guests when appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure proper billing procedures.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests.
Support overall front office operations and contribute to a smooth and efficient guest experience.
