Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate guest check-ins, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth orientation to the property.
Handle reservation inquiries and bookings via phone, email, walk-ins, and online travel agencies
Create and manage reservation bookings on booking portals.
Maintain up-to-date records of all confirmed bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
Greet and assist visitors and guests courteously, ensuring a positive first impression.
Efficiently process all guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying guest details and documentation.
Collect valid identity proofs and complete payment procedures prior to check-in.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Drive walk-in guest conversions and promote upselling opportunities through strong sales association.
Ensure accurate handling and recording of all financial transactions.
Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and overall property readiness.
