Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate check-ins, ensuring guests are welcomed warmly and oriented to the property.
Manage reservations and inventory.
Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Process all guest check-ins efficiently and verify guest details.
Collect identity proofs and balance payment before check-in.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, enhancing their overall experience.
Maintain proper records of confirmed bookings/walk-ins.
Walk-in Guest Enhancement and Sales Associations.
Maintain accuracy when handling financial transactions.
Collaborate closely with our operations team to oversee cleaning, maintenance, and property readiness.
