The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing front desk operations including patient registration, appointments, billing coordination, and handling general queries. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage patient registration, check-in, and check-out processes.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Handle incoming calls, respond to queries, and redirect calls as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the hospital system.
Coordinate with various departments such as billing, diagnostics, admissions, and OPD.
Guide patients regarding hospital facilities, consultants, and processes.
Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with hospital policies.
Assist with emergency response processes, when required.
