Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk and greet visitors in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately
Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and office records
Assist in administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Coordinate with different departments for routine office activities
Manage courier, office supplies, and basic housekeeping coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate (any stream)
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
Presentable personality with a polite and professional attitude
1-3 years of experience preferred, freshers may also apply
