The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role involves managing reception duties, handling calls, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring a professional and welcoming front desk experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and guests.
Handle and route incoming calls efficiently.
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and couriers.
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms.
Provide administrative and clerical support.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and facility teams.

Requirements:
Graduate with 1-3 years of experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and office equipment.
Pleasant personality and professional demeand .

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
