Appointment Scheduling:
Manage the appointment scheduling system.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to manage appointments.
Inform patients about delays or changes in their scheduled appointments.
Patient Registration:
Assist patients in filling out registration and admission forms.
Ensure patient information is recorded accurately in the hospital management system.
Verify patient documents (ID proof, insurance papers, etc.).
Billing and Payments:
Coordinate with the billing department for patient payments.
Handle cash, card, and other payment modes.
Provide accurate bills and receipts to patients.
Administrative Support:
Ensure that the front office area is neat and well-organized.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth hospital operations.
Maintain records, logs, and reports as required.
Customer Service:
Address patient concerns and queries courteously.
Ensure that patients are directed to the correct departments or personnel.
Provide information on hospital services, doctor availability, and facilities.
Communication:
Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
Respond to emails and messages promptly.
Manage the hospital's communication flow between different departments and patients.
