Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests
Manage incoming calls and handle them with professionalism and courtesy
Coordinate emails, couriers, and official correspondence
Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings
Maintain visitor records, front desk logs, and office registers
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Security staff
Assist in routine administrative and office coordination tasks
Support employee engagement and internal activities
Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department
