We're looking for a highly skilled and passionate Front Office Executive to join our dynamic team! As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless front desk operations, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs with precision and care
Greet and welcome guests, providing insider knowledge about the resort and surrounding area
Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with promptness and professionalism
Assist in reservation management and maintain accurate guest information
Ensure the lobby and reception area are immaculate and inviting
Provide administrative support, handle phone calls, and process financial transactions with ease
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to resolve guest issues efficiently
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards guests, colleagues, and management
Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field
Experience: 2 to 3 years Previous experience in front office or customer service in well known Hotel and Resorts
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to wow our guests
Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera or Fidelio) a definite advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to juggle multiple tasks
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a smile
Fluency in English and local language
Other:
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to relocate to Neral
