The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling student/visitor queries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management
Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors with a positive attitude.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and a professional appearance.
Student & Visitor Support
Provide accurate information regarding courses, timings, schedules, and procedures.
Guide students/parents to the respective departments or concerned staff.
Ensure proper visitor entry and maintain a visitor log.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
Manage daily attendance records and student/parent follow-ups (if required).
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and student counseling sessions.
Maintain documents, files, and basic data entry tasks.
Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth operations.
Operational Support
Handle front office supplies, inventory, and stationery.
Support in managing exam-related activities, forms, and notices.
Assist in organizing small in-center events or student activities.
