Education : BSc degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to guests inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
Coordinate with reservations, operations, and housekeeping teams to provide accurate updates and information.
Manage check-in/check-out coordination via PMS and ensure all necessary arrangements are communicated clearly.
Maintain accurate records of guest communications, bookings, and transactions.
Address queries, complaints, issues resolutions or special requests with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
Monitor and update internal logs and databases to ensure all information is up to date.
Assist in administrative tasks such as email follow-ups, document preparation, and report generation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
