Job Summary:



We are looking for a well-groomed, customer-focused

Front Office Executive

to join our team at our 4-star property in South Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a key role in delivering a warm, seamless, and memorable guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using the PMS (Property Management System). Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with promptness and courtesy. Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and special requests. Handle phone calls, reservations, and emails in a timely and professional manner. Maintain guest records, billing information, and payment processing. Ensure the lobby area and front desk are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Upsell rooms and hotel services to maximize revenue. Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring logbooks. Manage guest feedback and complaints effectively, escalating to management when needed. Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and standards of service.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using PMS (e.g., IDS, Opera, or similar) Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor Multitasking and time management Fluency in English (Hindi and Marathi are a plus) High attention to detail and a service-driven mindset

Qualifications & Experience:



Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management or any related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in front office operations in a reputed hotel (4-star or higher) Freshers with a diploma in hotel management and excellent communication may also apply

Work Schedule:



Rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, night) Weekends and holidays as required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
