Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages; route them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain student and visitor attendance records.
Support admission-related activities including inquiries, application handling, and document collection.
Assist in preparing circulars, notices, and school communications.
Schedule appointments and meetings for school staff or the principal.
Coordinate with teachers, admin staff, and parents regarding school events or emergencies.
Maintain office records, files, and logs--both physical and digital.
Assist in maintaining inventory of front office supplies and stationary.
Help in organizing school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other administrative functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduation/Post Graduation
Proven experience in front office or administrative roles (preferably in an educational setting).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operation.
