Key Responsibilities:
Manage front office and receptionist duties efficiently.
Handle domestic and international travel bookings.
Assist with administrative and facility management tasks.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls and route them appropriately.
Respond to inquiries and guide visitors.
Assist international guests, if required.
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
Draft and respond to emails and office correspondence.
Manage and distribute incoming mail and couriers.
Support in resolving client issues and complaints.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate or Diploma holder in Hospitality, Aviation, or Travel.
2-4 years of relevant experience in a front office/admin role.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and email drafting.
Professional, well-organized, and customer service oriented.
Work Details:
Location: Worli / Prabhadevi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off)
Shift Timings: Rotational (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
