We are looking for a dynamic and highly presentable Front Office Executive to be the face of our organisation. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a warm, professional demeanour. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and employees, playing a key role in creating a positive impression.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a professional attitude
Manage the front desk phone calls, emails, and walk-ins
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and mail
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges
Coordinate with housekeeping and admin teams to ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining meeting room bookings
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Manage administrative support tasks as needed
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar front desk or reception role
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Highly presentable with a pleasing personality
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
