Log and manage all incoming documents and correspondences accurately.
Maintaining Outward File
Record all outgoing documents, ensuring dispatch through the correct channels.
Cheque Receipt Record Maintenance
Update the cheque receipt record file with details of received cheques.
Courier Management
Sort and distribute incoming couriers to respective departments.
Coordinate with courier services for timely dispatch of outgoing couriers.
Post Office Coordination
Arrange for pickups and deliveries from the post office as per office requirements.
Guest / Visitor Management
Welcome guests and visitors in a professional manner.
Maintain visitor logs and inform concerned departments of visitor arrivals.
Agappe Front Desk Monitor Display Management
Monitor and manage the front desk display system for accurate and up-to-date information.
Travel Desk Assistance
Assist with travel arrangements including ticket bookings, accommodation, and transport coordination for employees and guests.
Administrative Support
Support the administration team with vehicle trip arrangements and other routine administrative tasks as assigned.
First Aid Box Handling
Ensure the office first aid box is well-stocked and maintained as per safety norms.
Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
