Job description



Seeking a polished and personable Front Desk Executive for a high-end dental clinic to deliver a seamless, luxury patient experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to manage front-desk operations with grace and efficiency.

Front Desk Operations & Client Experience:

? Serve as the first point of contact for all patients and visitors, maintaining a polished, professional, and welcoming demeanor at all times. ? Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a smooth front-desk workflow. ? Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing reception area that reflects the clinic's high standards. ? Handle all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.

Patient Relationship Management:

? Build rapport with patients and ensure a warm, personalized experience during every visit. ? Provide accurate information about treatments, procedures, and appointment timings. ? Manage patient flow efficiently to minimize wait times and ensure comfort. ? Discreetly manage VIP or high-profile clients, ensuring privacy and tailored service.

Appearance & Presentation Standards:

? Uphold a consistently well-groomed and professional appearance in line with the clinic's premium brand. ? Ensure staff at the front desk reflect a similar standard of dress and conduct.

Coordination & Communication:

? Liaise with dental assistants, practitioners, and support teams to ensure smooth coordination of patient visits. ? Communicate schedule updates or delays to patients proactively and courteously.

Customer Service & Feedback:

? Address patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. ? Collect and document patient feedback to improve service quality. ? Implement service enhancements based on recurring feedback patterns.

Key Skills and Qualifications:



Work Experience

: Minimum

3+ years

in a front desk or guest-facing role, preferably in a luxury cosmetic clinic, wellness center, or premium hospitality setting.

Detail-Oriented:

Exceptional eye for detail to ensure every aspect of the front office reflects the clinic's premium standards.

Professional Demeanor:

Ability to present oneself with poise, warmth, and confidence, creating a welcoming and refined first impression.

Efficiency & Problem Solving:

Capable of handling unexpected situations or patient concerns calmly and proactively.

Communication:

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all patient interactions.
