1. Perform : Cash/ Credit / Corporate Billing / Discount instructions. 2. Registration and closing visits of all patients 3. Ensure accurate & timely registration is done 4. Scheduling appointments for consultants appropriately. 5. Keep the management informed of significant customer related incidents during the working hours. 6. Maintaining daily reports and sending the relevant and essential reports to the concerned stakeholders. 7. Assist any customer experiencing difficulty. 8. Supervise report movements and backlogs.
