Maintain basic financial entries, receipts, and petty cash records.
Maintaining Records:
Keep office documents, student files, and records organized and updated.
Enquiries & Follow-ups:
Handle incoming queries (walk-ins, calls, emails) and ensure timely follow-ups with students or prospects.
Office Coordination:
Manage daily office operations, assist in documentation work, and support the team with administrative tasks.
Student Guidance:
Assist and guide students in preparing for interviews for study abroad opportunities.
Communication:
Regularly coordinate with students regarding updates, schedules, and application progress.
Computer Skills:
Work efficiently with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)..
Candidate Requirements:
BBA/MBA Freshers are welcome to apply.
Must be male (due to work-related travel requirements).
Age between 20 to 28 years.
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Must have a valid driving license for bike/car.
Punctual, responsible, and well-organized.
