Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide accurate information over phone, email, or in-person inquiries.
Front Desk Operations
Maintain and organize the reception area neatly and professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
Administrative Support
Assist with basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Maintain front desk supplies and help track inventory.
Support other departments with administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Male candidates only
Graduation
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, courteous attitude.
Good organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google sheets and basic office equipment.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
