Front Office Executive (Lady Staff)
to be the welcoming face of our property.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Guest Reception & Check-In/Out:
Greet guests warmly, manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently, and provide accurate information about hotel services.
Customer Service:
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
Reservations Management:
Process bookings (phone, email, walk-ins), update room availability, and coordinate with other departments.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between guests and departments (housekeeping, kitchen, management) to ensure smooth operations.
Front Desk Operations:
Maintain records, manage cash/credit transactions, issue invoices/receipts, and keep the front area organized.
Administrative Support:
Assist with filing, basic clerical tasks, and preparing reports for management.
Brand Representation:
Uphold the hotel's standards in personal appearance, courtesy, and service excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Female candidates only.
Languages Known:
English, Hindi, and Malayalam (mandatory).
Experience:
Must have previous experience as a Front Office Executive
or
have completed hotel management education.
Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and reservation systems).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
