The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, order documentation, billing, and ensuring a pleasant customer service experience at the branch.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers professionally at the front desk
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide service information
Create billing, track laundry orders, and manage delivery timelines
Maintain customer database, update order status, and coordinate with operations team
Manage cash handling and daily sales reports
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
Promote services and support sales initiatives
Ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal staff
Key Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills (English/Malayalam/Hindi as required)
Customer service mindset and polite behavior
Basic computer knowledge (Billing, Excel, CRM)
Ability to multitask and handle customers in busy hours
Presentable and well-organized personality
