Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is neat, presentable, and equipped with all necessary materials.
Handle visitor logbooks, appointment scheduling, and meeting room bookings.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document management, and courier handling.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and office operations.
Provide general customer service and support to walk-in clients.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
