Front Office Executive
to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is key to creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out experiences, handling guest queries, and providing exceptional hospitality throughout the guest's stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
Manage phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
Maintain accurate guest records and update booking systems
Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments to fulfill guest requests
Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
Promote resort services and local attractions
Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean and organized
Maintain cash register and billing operations accurately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
