Key Responsibilities



Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally Maintain accurate guest records and billing information Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness Resolve guest complaints or escalate to supervisors when necessary Monitor lobby cleanliness and ensure a welcoming atmosphere Manage cash transactions and maintain shift reports Promote hotel services and upsell amenities when appropriate Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety standards

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
