The Front Office Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the front desk, ensuring seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, handling guest relations, and coordinating with other departments to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
Perform accurate check-in and check-out procedures.
Supervise and guide Front Office Associates and GSAs during shifts.
Monitor room availability, reservations, and guest preferences using the PMS
Handle guest complaints, requests, and emergencies efficiently and escalate if required.
Maintain smooth coordination with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments.
Manage daily cash and billing transactions, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
Upsell hotel services and room upgrades whenever possible.
Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain tidy and welcoming.
Assist in training new front office staff as needed.
Maintain guest confidentiality and follow all hotel policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
