The ideal candidate will support students who enquire at Fair Future for their transition to our partner Universities/Colleges in Canada/UK. They will maintain professional communication with student throughout their journey with Fair Future.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist all visitors professionally.
Manage appointments for MD, Director, and CEO.
Attend all calls promptly; no missed calls.
Enter all enquiries in CRM without fail.
Guide clients to appropriate departments.
Handle important documents carefully; none to remain after 6 PM.
Maintain office records and sheets.
Relay messages from seniors to managers promptly.
Do not share personal contact numbers of top management.
Carry the office phone till 9 PM in emergencies.
Work one Sunday/month and public holidays if needed (comp off applicable).
Keep accurate data during ad campaigns.
Handle petty cash responsibly and record all expenses.
Make 100 calls daily to students and maintain logs.
Ensure application forms are collected, recorded, and filed properly.
Follow formal dress code strictly.
Report to office by 9:45 AM daily.
Keep front office area clean and presentable.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
