Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests politely and efficiently
Manage reservations, room allocation, and guest records
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Maintain front office cleanliness and professional appearance
Handle billing, payments, and daily reports
Ensure smooth guest service and maintain high hospitality standards
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest messages promptly
Support the Front Office Manager in daily operations
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year experience
in Front Office / Reception (Hotel Industry preferred)
Hotel Management qualification preferred
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Knowledge of PMS / reservation systems is an added advantage
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
