The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, etc.).
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Coordinate meeting schedules and conference room bookings.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience in front office or customer service roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
