Job Description

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in office software like Microsoft Word and Excel.

Greeting Visitors

: Welcoming clients, guests, or customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Managing Communication

: Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Scheduling

: Organizing appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.

Administrative Support

: Assisting with tasks like filing, photocopying, data entry, and preparing reports.

Mail Handling

: Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Customer Service

: Addressing inquiries and providing information to visitors or callers.
Post Graduates/Graduates excellent in communication with good experience in reputed Guest Relations Organizations. Fluency in English, Malayalam, Hindi languages is preferred. Experience in Hotsoft hotel management software is added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
