We are seeking a presentable, friendly, and well-spoken Front Office Executive who can be the welcoming face of our organization. This role is ideal for a confident female professional who enjoys interacting with people and managing front-desk responsibilities in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors with a pleasant and professional approach
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Maintain visitor records and manage front desk coordination
Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings
Receive and distribute couriers, documents, and mails
Provide administrative and coordination support to HR and Admin teams
Ensure the reception area is well-organized, clean, and presentable at all times
Support basic documentation, data entry, and office coordination tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduate or equivalent qualification
0.6 - 1 year of experience in a front office / receptionist
Excellent communication skills
Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude
Well-groomed, confident, and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
