Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and enquiries
Maintain visitor records and manage front desk operations
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office functioning
Assist in basic administrative and documentation work
Schedule appointments and manage meeting arrangements
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Female candidates only
Proficiency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written)
Age below 30 years
Graduation preferred (any discipline)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
Presentable appearance with a professional attitude
