Aywa Hospitality is preparing to launch a new boutique hotel in Edapally, Kochi, offering a modern stay experience .We are hiring a
Front Office Executive
to join our opening team and help build a smooth, system-driven hotel operation.
In this role, you will handle reception activities, guest check-in/check-out, reservations, PMS operations, OTA coordination, housekeeping communication, and guest support. You will also assist in maintaining service standards, reporting daily operations, and ensuring a welcoming experience for every guest.
We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive, respectful attitude. Training will be provided on workflows, SOPs, PMS usage, and service procedures.
:
1. Guest Check-in & Check-out
Handle all arrival and departure procedures through the PMS.
Ensure fast, smooth and guest-friendly service.
Collect ID, payments, and complete registration formalities accurately.
2. Reservations & Bookings
Manage room reservations, follow-ups, confirmations, and cancellations via PMS.
Use the Channel Manager to monitor inventory, update availability, and respond to OTA reservations.
Report OTA or PMS integration issues immediately.
3. Customer Relations
Maintain excellent guest interaction, service etiquette, and hotel representation at all times.
Collect guest feedback and online reviews.
Support guests with queries, handle complaints professionally, and escalate serious cases to management.
4. Daily Reporting
Record daily check-ins, revenue, and expenses.
Track review count: positive, negative, and pending replies.
Submit End-of-Day (EOD) report to management.
5. Housekeeping Supervision
Ensure housekeeping staffs follows SOP-level cleaning and standards.
Conduct routine room inspections, including:
Amenities replenishment
Cleanliness quality
Material/furniture condition
Working status of AC, TV, exhaust fan, lights
Report damages, losses, or maintenance issues immediately.
6. Laundry & Stock Control
Coordinate linen/laundry washing schedule and quality checks.
Monitor inventory usage (linen, cleaning items, consumables).
Maintain stock records and report under-stock or over-stock situations.
7. Reception Area Upkeep
Maintain front desk cleanliness, document arrangement, and display items.
Ensure a neat, professional and welcoming first impression.
8. Guest Support
Assist guests with local recommendations, services, and general needs.
Coordinate with housekeeping, and management to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
