Convert walk-ins to admissions through effective communication
Manage
front office duties

Coordinate with the Academic Department to ensure smooth batch allocation
Achieve
monthly revenue targets
through consistent conversions
Maintain daily reports, enquiry logs, and follow-up trackers
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in front office / counselling roles preferred
Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment
