Schedule appointments and maintain project calendars.
Assist clients with questions and concerns, providing timely solutions.
Handle administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
Support the project management team as needed.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate or equivalent; experience in construction or customer service is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.
Previous experience in a front office or customer service role preferred.
