Job Description

Seeking a Front Office Executive to manage reception duties, handle guest inquiries, and support daily administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries. Maintain front office cleanliness and presentation. Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow. Handle courier, mail, and deliveries efficiently. Maintain records of visitors and manage security protocols when necessary.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: Degree / Diploma / Engineering / MBA. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and office management software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and customer service attitude. Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
