We are seeking a dynamic and well-presented Front Office Executive who can manage frontline operations, provide excellent hospitality, and support administrative, accounts, and academic activities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Operations
Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages; route them to the appropriate departments promptly.
Manage visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and ensure proper follow-up for all walk-ins.
Office Hospitality
Ensure guests, students, and staff receive prompt hospitality support (tea, coffee, water, etc.).
Coordinate meeting room preparation and maintain cleanliness before and after meetings.
Assist in organizing small in-house events or meetings by managing refreshments and seating arrangements.
Administrative Support
Assist with documentation, filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory; place requisitions when required.
Support HR/Admin with onboarding tasks such as preparing ID cards, workspace setup, and coordinating employee requirements.
Accounts Coordination
Coordinate with the Accounts Department and assist with student fee collection.
Maintain basic fee records and support related administrative follow-ups.
Academic Support
Assist the academic team with student-related activities, scheduling, communication, and documentation as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
