We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and professional Front Office Executive to join our team at Address 7 Hotel, Kalamassery. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out experience and providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
Manage phone calls, emails, and reservations
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Maintain front desk records and perform basic administrative duties
Requirements:
Prior experience in front office or customer service preferred
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
Basic computer skills (MS Office, hotel software experience preferred)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
